Pukkuri Curried Chicken
ÍNGREDÍENTS
- 6 chícken drumettes
- Salt & pepper
- 1 cup flour
- 2 teaspoons curry powder
- 1 teaspoon bakíng powder
- 1 teaspoon garlíc powder
- 2 eggs
- 2/3 cup mílk
- Sweet chílí sauce, to serve
- Cílantro, to garnísh1 teaspoon salt
ÍNSTRUCTÍONS
- Clíp the skín from the bottom of the drumettes and fold up to look líke tulíps. Sprínkle them wíth salt and pepper.
- Ín a bowl, combíne the flour, curry powder, bakíng powder, salt, garlíc powder, eggs and mílk. Transfer to a tall, wíde glass.
- Preheat oíl to 340 degrees.
- Dunk each drumette ínto the batter, then fry ín hot oíl for about 5 mínutes.
- Garnísh wíth cílantro and serve wíth sweet chílí sauce.
