WHAT CAN I DO TO MAKE JIFFY CORNBREAD MORE MOIST?




INGREDIENTS
  • 2 - 8.5 oz. boxes Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Preheat oven to 400-degrees.
  2. Add the Jiffy Corn Muffin Mixes to a large bowl.
  3. Add the eggs, milk, sour cream, vegetable oil, and sugar.
  4. Mix all of the ingredients together.
  5. Pour into a greased 9" x 9" casserole dish.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until cake tester comes out clean.
