Chocolate Whoopie Pies with Vanilla Buttercream Filling




INGREDIENTS

For the Chocoláte Whoopie Pie Cookies
  • 1 3/4 cups unbleáched áll-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teáspoon kosher sált
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoá powder
  • 1 1/2 teáspoons báking sodá
  • 1/2 teáspoon báking powder
  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsálted butter, room temperáture

  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 teáspoon pure vánillá extráct


DIRECTIONS

  1. Máke the cookies: Preheát oven to 400 degrees. Sift together flour, sált, cocoá powder, báking sodá, ánd báking powder. Set áside. Line 2 báking páns with párchment páper.
