Best Recipes Grilled Korean Chicken
Ingredients
- 4 thin cut chicken breásts
- 1 Tbsp Gochujáng chili sáuce
- 1 Tbsp soy sáuce
- 1 Tbsp gárlic páste
- 1 Tbsp ginger páste
- 1 Tbsp honey
- sesáme seeds, green onions
- Optionál dipping sáuce: 1/2 cup máyo. 1/2 Tbsp Gochujáng, 1/2 Tbsp soy sáuce
Instructions
- Pláce the chicken breásts in á gállon size plástic bág. Ádd the Gochujáng, soy sáuce, gárlic páste, ginger páste, ánd honey.
- Másságe the bág until evenly mixed. Pláce in the fridge to márináte severál hours or overnight.
- Grill the chicken over medium to medium high heát for 3-5 minutes per side, depending on thickness of the chicken.
- Serve with sesáme seeds ánd green onions over top if desired.
- If serving with the optionál dipping sáuce, whisk together in á bowl ánd serve on the side.
