Healthy Caramel Macchiato Overnight Dessert Oats
Ingredients
OÁTMEÁL:
- 2 cups Quick Cooking Oáts
- 3 tbs Chiá Seeds (or ¼ cup Ground Fláxseed)
- 12 páckets Náturál Sweetener (steviá, Truviá, etc.)
- ¼ tsp Sált
- 1⅓ cups Unsweetened Vánillá Álmond Milk
- 1⅓ cups Brewed Coffee (or Espresso, for á reál cáffeine kick!)
- 2 tsp Vánillá Extráct
INSTRUCTIONS
- In á lárge bowl, stir together the oáts, chiá seeds, sweetener ánd sált.
- Stir in the álmond milk, coffee, ánd vánillá extráct. Cover ánd refrigeráte overnight.
- In the morning, drizzle on the creámer ánd cárámel, to táste. Enjoy!
