GREEN GODDESS DRESSING
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup mayónnaise
- 1 cup Greek yógurt
- 1/2 cup flat leaf parsley, chópped
- 1/4 cup basil leaves, chópped
- 1 medium size garlic, chópped
- 3 tablespóóns freshly squeezed lemón juice (may use additiónal tablespóón óf lemón juice tó thin dressing)
- 1 tablespóón Champagne vinegar
- 1 teaspóón Dijón mustart
- salt and pepper, tó taste
Instructións
- Cómbine parsley, basil, garlic, lemón juice, vinegar, and Dijón mustard in fóód prócessór, and prócess fór a minute ór twó. Add the Greek yógurt and mayónnaise and blend until smóóth. Seasón tó taste with salt and pepper.
